It has been brought to my notice an email has been sent with my name using a hotmail account.
It was regarding an abusing 'fictious member on here'
Can I state in open forum.
If you are abusive towards another forum member, you will receive warnings from the Admin, and it will be signed in a way that you will know it is the admin.
If you ignore the warnings you will have an email sent on the forum's hotmail account.
You will not receive an email regarding anything to do with the forum's administration by email unless it is to tell you that either your account is being closed due to abuse, or the forum is closing.
At no time will you receive an email using anyone's personal name with a hotmail account.
If you should do so please let me or another member of staff know.
If you are in doubt please contact a member of the staff via pm on here.
