Who Killed JonBenet Ramsey?

I remember this case vividly and both the parents were hounded by the press and local media, loosing everything in the process, and I believe they actually divorced.
I also remember seeing a programme, it may have been in the US when on holiday, that supported the theory of an intruder being the killer.
It even pointed the finger at two likely subjects. The programme I saw said there had been a similar case in the area that had been overlooked because the intruder had been disturbed before anything happened to the child.

I think I saw that programme, I think it was on channel 5 over here. I don't remember the case myself but I have seen and read a few reports on it and all the theories that go with it. I really can't see the parents doing it nor the brother although it was reported that he performed and "examination" of JonBenet that's why it looked like she had been sexually assaulted. I seriously doubt the case will ever get solved.

This is such a sad sad case that poor little girl and I agree I dont think it will ever be solved what happened to her but I always felt it had nothing to do with her parents etc

Surely they would still have DNA samples from this case.
The police were suppose to have ignored broken window catches in an effort to blame the parents.
I am sure if they have DNA evidence then some sort of match will come up eventually.
Wasn't Ted Bundy caught because his taillight was broken and a traffic cop pulled him over?

I think her mum died of cancer a while back. I still cant make up my mind who did it. Websleuths forum is a good one for things like this.

I cant stand to see little girls done up for those pageants, kids should look like kids not mini adults.

Yes I agree with you so much there Rach it really makes me feel uneasy when I see little ones all done up in make up and hairspray etc childrens childhood goes by so fast especially now a days with all the presure on them etc I say let them be kids as long as possible.

I agree with you both, one of the most unsettling things I have seen recently is in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
They have always had the shop that sells all the costumes for the little girls, and in the past you often seen little girls dressed up in these costumes.
Then I noticed a couple of years ago, the little girls were appearing with lipgloss and a bit of glitter on their cheeks.
This year, I thought someone had dressed their twin girls especially with fake 'Belle' type hairpeices. Glitter and obvious make-up.
Turns out, this is a service you can now buy at the Bibety Bobity Bo Boutique, for a pricely sum, they will turn your little darling into a Disney Princess, personally I liked the old days, when the little girls just wore the dresses. Nowadays they look like they are just about to take apart in one of those beauty pagaents.

Yes I agree with you Mags in our day we only had our mums dresses and large shoes to go clip cloping up the road my sister once came home from work to find me in her best outfit

I agree with you all, it really makes me squirm to see little girls painted up and dressed in something that would look more appropriate on a 18 year old. Whilst it shouldn't give free licence to any pedophile to commit evil, I do question any parent who dresses a 6 year old like a minature tart.

I fight a loosing battle with my youngest, she will wear some of her strappy t=shirts until they are too short and you can see her belly.
I believe in letting kids be kids, and I know my two get stick from the other kids because they are not wearing what is considered fashionable.

Tasha, my eldest is quite sensitive because of her language probelm, she is friendly but because ofthis can have a few moods. So she tends to be a 'person pleaser', one of the girls they used to hang around with (can't really say play because she never wanted too), used to come to the door for them in 'full make-up'
One day, Tasha came home in floods of tears, this girl and a few of her other friends, had put make-up on Tasha. She had let them, but instead of doing it on her like themselves, they had mocked her and done her up like a pantomime dame.
If I had got my hands on those little bitches I would have throttled them all!

Rach, mine have put up with bullying, because I have told them never to hit anyone, Tasha, was being pushed over, so I told her to hit back and I would back her all the way. I think she must have pushed back because it seems to have stopped.
The trouble is that people like us, make sure our kids are in, but this girl, whom they don't have anything to do with, isn't allowed in unless her mum is there or she is babysitting

I remember my mum told me a while back when I was little there was this girl hitting me and I wouldnt hit her back and my mum says hit her back or ill hit you (lovely eh lol). One day she heard screaming and she ran outside thinking the girl was hitting me only to find me on top of girl battering her. I cant remember any of it lol

I agree with you Rach if mine had done something like they would have been grounded untill they were 80. Poor Tasha
